I acknowledge that football involves inherent physical activity and risks. I will not hold Silver Studs FC liable for injuries sustained during training sessions or matches, provided reasonable care and standard safety protocols are maintained. I confirm that my child is physically fit to participate in high-performance athletic training.

Financial & Kit Commitments

I agree to pay the monthly subscription fee by the 1st of each calendar month. I acknowledge that late payments outstanding after the 7th of the month may result in temporary suspension from academy training sessions.

I acknowledge that a payment of $35 for the official club training and match kit (includes Jersey, Shorts, and Socks) is mandatory and due within 30 days of this digital enrolment.

I agree to fulfill the standard $5 match fee for all officially scheduled home and away fixture appearances.
